I particularly liked it when MT talked about players winning their box = beating the man covering them. In looking for recruits and building/coaching players who will win their box, he is seeking the biggest, fastest, most athletic kids possible. Then he will build their strength and coach em up. Important he is seeking recruits who will win their box - now or soon.
Also like that he looks for speed and will further enhance speed because players will know where they should be and what they should do.
He knows that big, fast, athletic, strong athletes fill the squads of many SEC teams. He will bring them here, even if it takes a bit of time. Seems he will focus on that type of recruit (and maybe a few blazing diamonds in the rough) instead of searching for rough diamonds. Time will tell.
He knows what hogs on both sides should look like and do.
