Had my window today for the upgrade process. The site map works great we upgraded a couple of our tickets, but when I went to sign out big surprise, the new tickets were cheaper! Bottom line there is a few small bugs with the system. it also tried to charge me a concession fee at check out of $960.
When I called the ticket office they were Awesome! Talked to two different people, both were great, speedy, very apologetic. The had to put me on hold a few times to get it worked out. Bottom line it looks like the port from the old system to the new one caused some pricing issues with tickets (old not new). But the professionalism and attitude of the staff made it a pleasant experience.
I can tell you being a ticket holder for 25+ years this was the best customer service I have had since I can remember. Bottom line plan to take some time, when you log on if your changing tickets. Their are some issues with the new system, but they will take care of you.
