I have reached out to several Colorado Football Commits and asked them to give their take on Colorado Football, now that the Buffs are ranked 10th in the Nation.

More to follow.

First up is 6-foot-2, 250 pound Jacob Callier, the recent defensive end commit from John Bosco.

"The rise is real that's first. And second, this program is a great program. I have talked to athletes from PAC 12 schools and they all talk about Colorado and how they are a good program and they really truly care about you."

Also, Callier tells me he is visiting Boulder on January 20th.

6-foot-5, 270 pound Heston Paige out of Thunder Ridge, Colorado also informed me he is planning to take his official visit to Colorado on January 20th. Here is what Paige had to say about Colorado's recent success.

"I think that Colorado being ranked in the top 10 shows how hard everyone in the program has worked and it shows the entire Country that CU is a legitimate contender for years to come. Being in the top 10 is going to put Colorado football back on the map."

"This shows that the program has hired the right coaching staff and it shows that CU has gotten some of the best recruits in the country. The program is moving in the right direction."

6-foot-4, 248 pound Sebastian Olver out of Marin Catholic in Kentfield, California who has one of the most underrated highlight films via hudl had nothing but praise for the Buffs as well.

"This is why I committed to Colorado. I believe in Coach Mac & what he is doing at CU. Top 10 is a great achievement so far. I believe Colorado will be national champion contenders during most years to come. Go Buffs!"

Heard from 6-foot-5, 205 pound Tyler Lytle, the CU Quarterback Commit out of Servite High Shcool in Anaheim, CA. Lytle threw for 2,795-yards and 26 touchdowns this year and will graduate early in December and will enroll in January. Here is what he had to say.

"Colorado being ranked in the top 10 is huge and shows the program has the right coaching to keep progressing forward. I am confident we are going to keep the momentum going for a very long time. We plan on being a relevant top team every year!"

4-Star Receiver Jaylon Jackson out of Cedar Hill, Texas had this to say.

"I think it (winning and being ranked No. 10) helps a lot with recruiting and that it's a good feeling seeing my future school having so much success."

"It shows that the coaches just not talking when they say that they're trying to change the program around and the players are there to win football games."
