Tomorrow before 5 a.m., the Buffs will head for Denver International Airport and catch a plane to San Jose, Costa Rica, where Friday begins a four-game exhibition tour vs. various Costa Rican pro teams.

Friday-Monday are the games, all of which begin in the mid-to-late evening, MST. Details on how you can stream the games (I admit, it's not free) are in the link.

For Boyle's true freshmen, this will be the first competition for them other than practicing vs. their fellow teammates. Quincy Allen and Javon Ruffin will not participate due to injuries but this should be a telling weekend for the likes of KJ Simpson, Julian Hammond III and Lawson Lovering.

Given CU experienced such a significant change to its roster from last year to now, Boyle hopes these four games will reveal his team's strengths and weaknesses and namely those of his untested freshmen.
