I’m going to remain positive because I think good things are coming. Seems we bottomed after a 2-3 week search & replacement for HC, only half of staff is now known with 1/2 to be added. We have had several decommits with the first LOI around the corner. Hopefully, we have triage on that.
We will retain most other commits IMO and add several more, likely in the mold MT would like to see. With a few great additions at DC and assistant positions we can begin building, preparing for next year, getting out of the cellar, and moving towards 8-9 wins a year.
