Someone on the board here used this line, and I apologize for forgetting just who it was, but I'm stealing it: Isaiah Hardge represents the kinds of pools CU needs to be swimming in, seeing as the Buffs beat out programs such as Florida, Georgia Tech, Pitt, Penn State, Texas A&M and many others for him.
Good get at face value. Hardge looks the part of a pretty versatile wide receiver. Looking at the macro, with CU now having landed recruits from St. Thomas Aquinas High in Florida the last three recruiting cycles, that is a very big positive. St. Thomas Aquinas is a major breeding ground for future NFL players and has won three straight state titles at the Class 7A level in Florida. Powerhouse is putting it lightly.
At any rate, Hardge is excited to eventually join the Buffaloes and get developed by Phil McGeoghan.
