I am trying a new device for the first time tonight. I bought a Raycue (linked below) splitter, that can take the video feed from your phone (Samsung S8+ in my case) and convert it to HDMI out. I have Dish, so I get the PAC-12 network, but I don't get the regional feeds ( ), but I can get PAC-12 live on my phone. So I hook up the Raycue to my phone and TV, and the system is smart enough to auto format the aspect ratio, and make the feed full screen on my smart TV. The results are very good. For me, this opens up a whole new line of thinking regarding cord cutting.
