Alec Pell: "That game was so awesome, to be able to bring back that rivalry game and make it as if it never left was crazy. The Buffs stuck together through the whole thing and showed why they are a real contender."
Ty Evans: "It was a huge win for the whole buff nation! I haven’t been that stressed in a while during that fourth quarter but have never been more proud to call myself a Buff!"
Titus Toler: "Man!! It was an outstanding game! It was great to see them battle back and forth. Defense played great, number 53 (Landman) is a monster! I was very happy for them. We have to beat them again next year."
Na'im Rodman: "I thought it was crazy game. Moments like that make me happy about the choice I made."
Cam'Ron Johnson: "Man!!! that was an intense game but you already know the better school came out on top but honestly both teams played a great game and i’m looking forward to seeing what the rest of the season has to hold."
Braedin Huffman-Dixon: "It was a great game and I know it had a lot of people on their toes but I knew they were going to win. I feel like we should be in the top 25. I was a little irritated that they weren’t."
Mark Perry: "Man it was a good game all 4 quarters everybody was all in and got the W."
Jaren Mangham: "I thought is was a great game. The guys never gave up and kept fighting the whole game and when it was time to make the plays that matter most the D step up and so did the O. Just like coach says they showed a dog mentality. This is just the beginning we have to keep that same effort and continue to improve every week. I'm so excited for the guys and the direction that Colorado Football is going. Nothing to say a lot to prove Go Buffs!!"
Jashua Allen: "Watched the whole thing! Loved the effort that the defense gave the whole game. Probably one of the most hyped games I’ve watched in a while. Rick Gamboa is a dawg..."
Jake Wiley: "I was super happy to watch CU beat Nebraska in Lincoln. That rivalry has been a great one for both programs so watching CU go into Lincoln and get the win was awesome to see. I was on the edge of my seat watching the end of the game and when Laviska came up with that catch I couldn’t be more happy."
Joshia Davis: "It was amazing! It was a fun game to watch, I’m glad the rivalry is back. I can’t wait to be a part of it and compete in the rivalry next year."
