Since it is easier than thinking comprehensively - I'll just throw out a few random observations and thoughts.
Davian Taylor is listed on the track and field roster for the Buffs - but he is concentrating only on football right now. I love two sport athletes, but this is a smart decision for Taylor who has to find a position and make some plays this year - if he is going to get a shot at the pros. He is a physical freak with a very high football ceiling.
Every time I hear the name Legend Brumbaugh - I pause and think - "What's he a legend for?" There is no doubt he is a legend in his own time.
My BS detector is broken or it registers no such readings off of Head Coach Mel Tucker. He is convincing as a man here to find the short track to getting back to prominence in college football. I like this Kool-Aid.
It appears Drew Wilson has adapted to the new culture - very well.
