Why not hire a coach for say $300k and put all the additional money to NIL? Three players could change a basketball program. Tad is probably making close to 2.5M, turn $2M of that into salaries and imagine. College coaches used to be primarily recruiters, they aren’t now. Thousands of people can coach basketball once you have the players.
