It would make sense to consolidate the potential incoming CU portal players, even though many might be rumors rather than hard information. Hopefully others will add players who they might hear about or speculate on.
I'll start with one here: Javian Thomas, Cal running back. Lightly recruited in 2022, he has two years of eligibility left. In his last year with the Bears had 626 yards on 100 carries, scoring seven touchdowns. Rumors have him interested in Boulder.
