The reason why I post this in not to reinforce CU's problems, we all know them. The program's min. goal should be a bowl every year and I get that, but of the 62 schools listed (I did not include Utah, Louisville and TCU since they have not been P5 all 10 years) only 12 have been 10 years in a row. I think 6 out of 10 is a bare min, the next 10 season, but I think if we are going the right directions the number will be higher. Again the goal should be 10 in a row, but a goal and what is acceptable if you look at what your piers have done is another.
A couple of notes:
If a school was ineligible due to a bowl ban, but got 6 wins I included those years
If a school made a bowl with a 5-7 record I did not include that year
The number in () is the number of BCS championships from 2009 to 2013 which or New Year Six bowls from 2014 to 2018. I did not include the CFP since that is after the "bowls".
