...is that at some point - all too soon, we have to say good bye. I have a 12 year-old Mal, who within that last two weeks has really started having a lot of trouble. At some point in that time frame she came up lame, and now she can't really walk, or stand without help. I take her to the vet tomorrow to have her looked at, but given her age, if the issue is orthopedic in nature, it doesn't make a lot of sense to put thousands of dollars into a surgery. I fear this might be the end for her, which is killing me.
