I have seen a few people go through this process here, and think there may be some valuable perspective. My wife and I are working on an idea for a new internet-based business. I am wondering if anyone has any advice on development platforms for this kind of project. I have some significant amount of experience in hand-coding Websites and in working with word-press to build-out websites, but I know there are better options (and my experience is dated). Obviously we could go through e-bay or Etsey or other similar such site, but we want to build a recognizable brand as part of this process. My wife has zero experience and needs a system that is more friendly to non-techie types. Any suggestions from the board? T.I.A.
