Dear Remarkable Supporters and Friends,

I hope this message finds you surrounded by laughter, love, and a dash of sunshine. It's time for a heartfelt and slightly quirky update on my ongoing cancer journey, and I couldn't be more grateful to share it with all of you amazing souls.

Health Highlights:•
My concussive symptoms are on the mend, but my brain is still doing its own interpretative dance. Focus, concentration, and irritability are having a party of their own – they just haven't synchronized their moves yet.
Covid update: I've kicked most of it to the curb, but fatigue seems to have set up camp for a little longer. I'm blaming it on the virus overstaying its welcome.

Financial Funnies:•
The $3600 Keytruda co-payment remains a mystery in the tangled web of Advocate Aurora Health's corporate chaos. New forms, new systems – it's like trying to decode a secret message. Meanwhile, unexpected bills have crashed the party – a $200/mo townhome lease hike and a surprise $250 animal deposit. Ollie, my cat, is protesting with a feline rebellion. Apparently, he's feeling the financial stress and is expressing his discontent with a bit of a wild streak.

Silver Lining: Cancer Rehab and a Porcupine Experience:•
Three cheers for my cardiologist, who introduced me to a 3-month Cancer Wellness program! Three times a week, I'm sweating it out with exercise, diving into nutrition, and bonding with fellow warriors. It's a haven of support, and I am truly grateful.• The most recent infusion was like a wild rollercoaster ride. My wife, Diane, gracefully bowed out from the stress of the trip, leaving me in the hands of my heroic next-door neighbor. Picture this: me, feeling like a human pin cushion, contemplating a career as a porcupine. Despite the chaos, the infusion pod adventure cost $200 – every three weeks. I've even tried to find a magical organization to teleport me, but alas, no luck.

Upcoming Adventures and Scanxiety:•
March 18th is the date for Head, Neck, and Torso CT scans. My medical team has coined the term "Scanxiety," capturing the mix of nerves and anticipation. Sharing it with you all is my therapy, and your understanding makes it all a bit lighter.
In the midst of uncertainty, your caring hearts, concern, and compassionate ears continue to be my guiding lights. I appreciate each one of you for being my support pillars.

Channeling my inner optimist, I'm finding joy in unexpected moments and, of course, laughter – the true magic potion.
Together, with your incredible support, let's keep those positive vibes flowing.
