The man whose voice can be heard Saturdays at Memorial Stadium has bonded out of Lancaster County Corrections after being charged with theft, attempted theft, unauthorized use of a financial device, and abuse of a vulnerable adult.
According to an affidavit obtained by WOWT 6 News, prosecutors say Patrick Combs, 49, used his appointment as Power of Attorney for an elderly dementia patient to gift large sums of money to himself and others.
In the investigation, Adult Protective Services found a document from December 2014 which stated an 88-year-old woman wanted to gift $1.75 million to Patrick Combs. The account was frozen and the transaction was never allowed to go through.
