Obviously everything is up for grabs this year as much as any we've had in recent years. Complete clean slate no doubt. I also assume we'll get 1 more transfer, but until then, here's what we're looking at.

LT - Fillip, Harkey, <placeholder>
LG - Brown, Johnson, Edwards
C - Fenske, Lee, Anderson, Wells
RG - Roddick, Jynes, Amaya
RT - Wiley, Lichtenhan, Gray

Obviously, room for 1 more lineman. Hopefully Lee's troubles are behind him but he may still be suspended in the spring. We shall see. Brown is the question mark. I'm guessing he fits in right away at the open guard spot, but they could move him to tackle as well. LG seems more likely right now.

Center has a lot of young talent, which is to be expected after a 5 year starter leaves. That is the spot they need to figure out this spring. Fenske has started 1 game and that was a doozy of a bad game. Hopefully his worst ever in his career. Of course, playing in game 1 against Minnesota probably wasn't an especially great assignment to ease into things with. Lee is the quintessential center but hasn't really played. Jackson Anderson has all the tools to be a great center or even guard. So mobile and good size. I hope to see him make waves this spring.

Obviously, the rest of the story is what we do at tackle. We return both starters, but depth is so important there. Lichtenhan and Gray are in camp this spring thankfully, giving us a 2 deep we can live with. Harkey comes in and immediately competes for time but will take time to learn the system. Roddick starting in year 3 becomes the leader on the OL. Johnson should finally be healthy this spring which should give us a good look at what he brings to the table. Was highly thought of before all the injuries. Amaya got a lot of whoop-whoop from the old coach before redshirting. He's a really big dude and hopefully has hit the weights hard. He could be a tremendous road grader. Jynes has been dependable and played a lot in 2020 before injury felled him.
