NCAA to only count games against accredited colleges

This looks to be more of a Basketball and D1AA or lower in football issue. BTW if I had it my way the NCAA would go back to only allowing one D1AA opponent in football to count toward the 6 required bowl wins every 4 years or not to count at all, but I know that is not going to happen.
