Aside from Carson Wells, CU really didn't have many guys getting to the QB on a regular basis. Injuries took their toll on the OLBs room, for sure, contributing to that.

But on the positive side, there undoubtedly is more robust depth that Colorado has to work with on the edges. Guy Thomas, Jamar Montgomery, Joshka Gustav, Devin Grant, Chance Main, Alvin Williams, etc. — having those guys healthy and forming a rotation seems like a pretty good deal.

That's a big "if," of course, with respect to avoiding the injury bug, but on paper, I think the position is a lot stronger heading into August camp this year as opposed to last year.
