6 - 11 team "divisions" made up of the current 65 P5 schools and BYU. He thinks the Big 10 should do a shorter TV deal so that all the P5 and the playoff TV deals end around the same time. Then all 66 bargain as a single group. Each division plays each other, with a cup cake in there to make 11 games. Then a 16 team playoff with the top two from each "division" and then four wild cards. BTW since this is on another recruiting site as free content I cleared it with Adam first.
CU's "division" would be:
1. USC
2. UCLA
3. Stanford
4. Cal
5. Oregon
6. Oregon State
7. Washington
8. Washington State
9. Utah
10. BYU
11. Colorado
He would have the two Arizona schools in this "division":
1. Texas
2. Texas A&M
3. Oklahoma
4. Oklahoma State
5. Arkansas
6. TCU
7. Texas Tech
8. Baylor
9. Arizona
10. Arizona State
11. Nebraska
