Let me start with this... Recruiting rankings are not that important but that's a different discussion for a different day.

I think if you're a top program in the country, it can be telling if you end up at No. 1 or No. 30, but for a team in Colorado's position, with a new coach and one bowl game in 13 years, it's tough to assemble a really high ranked class.. Again, Tucker didn't have much to put it together either. ...

National Recruiting ranking: No. 60

Pac-12 ranking: No. 10

Amount of signees (CU had 17): 10th most in the Pac-12 .... (Utah had the lowest with 11)

Average star ranking: 2.82 (10th in Pac-12)

# of four-stars in class (2): 6th most in Pac-12 (tied with three others)

P5 teams CU is ranked ahead of: Rutgers, Illinois, Oregon State, Utah, Kansas State, Kansas
