He needs to step down now. He is out of his league, and has no idea how to fix the problem that athletes run into when trying to transfer to CU. We need a new AD as well. Hopefully the new president has a good grasp of the situation, and is taking the right steps. Just make Phil resign early he is a lame duck, and needs to go.
