Trying to sort thru if this tweet is the actual confirm bids or just a guess. The tourney is basically for team from the three conferences Fox has deals with, the Big 10, Big 12 and Big East that do not make the NCAA or NIT. Many schools are not accepting bid it looks like. UCF has said yes and their twitter account is saying the filed will be released tomorrow.
