Colorado has some interest in 6-foot-4, 290-pound defensive tackle Jayden Simon from Tacoma, Washington. As of right now, he's going to end up at Montana State. If the Buffs offer, I'd imagine he'll take it. Could be a gray shirt option. We'll see.
New reported offer from a 2019 offensive lineman last night -- Nikko Pohahau.. 6-foot-5, 270-pounder from Mountain View (Calif.) St. Francis. Interestingly enough, the same school as former Buff commit Maurice Wilmer, who the CU staff didn't really want in this class and cooled off on, leading to his decommitment.
Pohahau has several offers but CU is his first P5 offer. I'll follow up with Pohahau soon for more information on his recruitment.
