good news is they were consistently focused on improving the running game and the defense. Both seemed significantly improved based on game 1
Bad news offensive line still sucks, sefo is who he is, and special teams continue to suck
Sefo is a sight QB meaning he picks who he is going to throw to in the huddle and then has to actually see the receiver open before he throws it rather than reading the defense to know where the weakness is and throwing to a spot before the receiver breaks open. Unacceptable for a third year starter and definitely doesn't help our o line. His footwork is also still terrible, never steps up in the pocket and throws off his back foot still. I say we pound the rock and play good defense in the next three games and if we aren't 3-1 we need to think hard about developing the next QB and getting them real reps
