CBS Sports has it as a bad bowl year for the PAC 12

They are prediction that the PAC 12 gets no playoff teams and two in the other Playoff Controlled bowls, with there not being enough PAC 12 bowl eligible teams to fill the contracted non-playoff bowls:

Rose Bowl - Oregon vs Wisconsin
Fiesta Bowl - USC vs Boise State

Contracted bowls:
Alamo Bowl - Oklahoma vs Stanford
Holiday Bowl - Iowa State vs Arizona State
Foster Farms Bowl - Minnesota vs UCLA
Sun Bowl - Georgia Tech vs Arizona
Royal Purple Bowl - SDSU vs Utah

Cactus Bowl (contracted to the PAC 12): Texas vs Boston College

So all the south but CU and only Oregon and Stanford from the north being eligible.
