I appreciated Carson Mott's bluntness in this interview. It's not often that I hear kids open up about the stressfulness of recruitment as well as the financial burden it can have on one's parents just with travel costs and whatnot. Definitely a perspective I don't hear in my usual recruiting interviews.
So, kudos to Mott for that.
Looking at CU's chances here, the Buffs have to be feeling pretty good. I get the feeling that Cal isn't exactly still in the picture anymore, and that Mott has shifted his attention to other options. CU appears front and center on this one.
Timeline for a new decision day for Mott = TBD. But he said himself he doesn't plan on taking many, if any more, visits this summer. My personal take here is advantage to the Buffaloes.
