Cable vs You Tube question

Question is two fold for any that know.
I’m moving and the place I bought has Quantum Fiber

Anyone’s experience with Quantum vs Comcast would be greatly appreciated and what speed do you use?

Second, anyone enjoying you tube tv without glitches? I’ve always had cable but if I go quantum fiber would change to you tube
