Gerald Chatman served as a defensive analyst at LSU and was retained there when Brian Kelly took over, but this past January, it was reported that he would be taking the DL coaching gig at Tulane. Now, a month later, it appears he's on the move again, this time to Boulder.
The 33-year-old spent 2019 and 2020 as a defensive assistant with the Cincinnati Bengals and before that, coached the DL/LBs at Tennessee State (2017-18) and DL at Elon (2016).
Relatively experienced coach, young guy, too, but this will be his first P5 defensive line gig. Will be interested to learn more about him if this does become official.
