I admit for awhile I didn't think I'd be typing out a post like this, but I have heard some pretty positive things regarding Cherokee Trail offensive tackle Travis Gray, who last week did an unofficial visit with the Buffs.
He's announced an early afternoon commitment date on Wednesday, Aug. 4 and it seems like his unofficial with the Buffaloes went pretty well.
Recall that he only was offered by the Buffs in late June. Would be pretty impressive to edge Maryland and Arizona here, given that they've been involved with Gray for far longer, especially Arizona, the latter of whom I long believed to be the frontrunner with Gray. He'd be the first in-state prospect CU has landed this class.
