OC / QB coach this time around. It’s interesting the way they run the program. Building for NFL type organization with the advisors and GAs like Saban did to build Bama. The added wrinkle is all the NFL experience they seem to want to have on the staff.
I know people on here wish them ill will etc and that’s fine. Objectively though it’s worth looking at what Herm is doing with the organization. I have said for a long time CU should be hiring the same thing in analysts and advisors etc. Kids like the idea of an NFL type culture.
No idea how all this translates or if Herm even holds on but the next guy in, if by some wild stretch he is let go, has something to work with.
