Am I delusional in thinking that we can keep Hawaii to under 15 points (actually 13)?

I was assessing our defense and thought with more strength, experience, and speed, that we would be better: tackling, being in the right position, preventing more completed passes, putting more pressure on the opposing offenses, closing running holes, and win more scrimmage battles. I also thought with our new DC that we would tighten our defense, be in better position, and be able to defend both the run and pass better. I think that our current DC is better at analyzing offenses, creating effective schemes, and making adjustments (an assumption). I think that we now have a better stable of DBs - quicker, experienced, and back from injury, perhaps a team strength. I am also thinking that we will have more than three team interceptions this year.
Perhaps I have inadvertently consumed too much kool-aid or simply have expected too much?
I noticed that several folks expect Hawaii to score 20 to 35 points. I hope not, BUT in the end I want a WIN.
