Before the end of signing day Wednesday, the Buffs will have also added Jeremy Mack, a defensive back out of East Mississippi Community College, who, along with Ramon Jefferson and Alex Harkey, were recently in Boulder on official visits. Jefferson and Harkey both announced commitments Monday; I am hearing Mack will do the same here shortly.
Mack wants to make his own announcement wither Tuesday or Wednesday, so any of you Twitter users, I ask you please to refrain from talking about Mack publicly until he breaks his news, which he certainly deserves to do himself.
Originally from Clinton, Miss., Mack has been recruited primarily by Brett Maxie and has four years to play three as far as his eligibility is concerned. I spoke with Mack today and he said Maxie likes him at the nickel position, but Maxie is obviously known for rotating guys around, so there would be room for some deviation by the time Mack gets to CU in May and gets settled into the program.
