This one's going to be controversial for folks since Les Miles just dismissed him for an off-campus battery and robbery charge. (Enrolled at Arizona Western as a RS-Frosh.) Also was in trouble his first year for stealing a bicycle and then ended up redshirting last year after ripping up his bicep after punching through a window in the locker room.
Good friends with Watanabe and CU does seem to have a line of communication with Miles, so maybe things aren't as bad as they sound and this kid is worth the risk of a 2nd chance. Looks like Neinas is following Trey on twitter, so I assume he's handling this recruitment.
