Colorado receiver target Aaron Butler, a former USC commit, has pushed forward with the next cut to his list. Last night, he announced his new top 5 and Colorado remains in the mix. The Buffs are joined by Georgia, Washington, Oregon and Alabama. He's going to take some visits this spring and a decision is not expected to be far off. The Buffs have become a key player with him because of his dad's connection to Deion Sanders. The played together with the Baltimore Ravens, and that is one of the things that has the 2024 recruit intrigued. Butler plays on both sides of the ball but is most likely to end up on offense in college.
Butler has built an impressive offer list over the last couple years with programs such as Tennessee, Michigan, LSU, UCLA, Penn State, Texas A&M, TCU, Notre Dame and Louisville being ones that have missed out on being included in his top group.
Georgia is being viewed as the favorite right now, and an official visit with the Bulldogs is expected to take place this spring.
