Sebastian Olver - ATH - 6-foot-4, 248 - Kentfield, CA - 3 Stars
Committed, but potentially wavering
Chris Miller - DB - 6-foot-0, 175 - Denton, TX - 3 Stars
- Miller was reportedly going to officially visit Texas, but Miller shot the reports down. However, I don't think the report was just made up, so he might be considering the Longhorns down the road, and Miller recently landed a new offer from Ole Miss. With the uncertainty with the defensive coaching staff on CU, it doesn't look super promising, but the Buffs' staff has plenty of time to keep Miller on board.
K.D. Nixon - WR - 5-foot-8, 181 - DeSoto, TX - 4-Stars
- Nixon has been rumored to be taking a strong liking to the Baylor Bears, and his teammate Xavier Newman recently decommitted from CU and will visit Baylor. His other teammate, Laviska Shenault, told me that he's solid with CU, so we'll see where Nixon ends up. He doesn't give out much info to the media so it's hard to figure out where he's leaning.
Grant Polley - OL - 6-foot-5, 275 - Denton, TX - 3 Stars
- Polley landed an offer from Texas at the end of November, and he told me a couple of weeks ago that he was unsure about taking official visits in January. Well, he's going to Texas this weekend for a visit. Oregon, who is questing to offer every single Colorado commit it seems like, offered Polley on Tuesday night. There is a lot left to happen in Polley's recruitment.
Carson Wells - LB - 6-foot-4, 235 - Bushnell, FL, 2 Stars (Committed)
- Wells seems to be solid in his commitment, but it's interesting to note that Leavitt was personally recruiting Wells. The Florida recruit does not have any other Power Five schools currently targeting him that we know of, so we fully expect Wells to end up in Boulder.
Morrell Osling III - ATH/CB - 6-foot-2, 185 - Lancaster, CA Unranked
- Osling told me that Oregon State and UCLA were in the mix for him, but he's done not landing new offers. He added an offer from Oregon on Monday. He will take official visits as he might be officially visiting Oregon State on January 20. Osling is committed to CU at CB, so coaching changes have obviously affected him.
If you guys know of any recruits that we put on the solid commit list that should be on the potentially wavering list, please let me know.
